First time booking a bus ticket online and even paying in advance but it didn't disappoint! Quy Thao bus station is the only bus (I've ever been on it) where the drivers talk politely and don't use profanity. This alone is a 5 star rating. The driver also drank Pepsi and was very cute, not smoking like other cars. Pick up and pay at the correct point. Be able to lie on the correct bed. Overall 10 points.

The sleeper bus to BMT was comfortable, more space than what I experienced before, bottle of water a blanket and a pillow included. AC was set to a good temperature. We left on time and arrived 30mins earlier than expected. Driver was great compared to other ones in Vietnam! Not too much honking, no loud music or other noises and driving felt safe so it was easy to sleep. I'm glad I booked through Vexere and had the bus gps location and plate number because I had to search around the bus station to find it which is a Da Lat bus station problem (not all buses are up on the information board), not the company.

The driver and the bus conductor were lovely. I was stuck in traffic but they still tried to wait so I wouldn't miss the trip. They were very gentle and polite. The car was clean, airy, and the blankets smelled good. I was very satisfied with this trip.

The bus driver needs to smile more :)) Although he was very helpful and supportive, I'd rather text him to ask for help than talk to him with an expressionless face :)) I also thanked the bus driver for the 5 rice cakes! All other services were good, the ride was comfortable, hehe.

This trip back home was a bit rushed, so I just booked this bus at random. I was a little apprehensive at first because it was a new company, but surprisingly, the bus was comfortable, brand new, ran smoothly, and the driver was safe. I even fell asleep on the bus and arrived at my destination.
