The bus company enthusiastically supports changing flights. Even though it was close to the time to pick up passengers on the shuttle bus and the ticket cancellation deadline was overdue, when I called to request a change of flight, the company still enthusiastically supported me and arranged the seats in the right position.

Very happy with the shuttle, it turned up on time and the seats we booked were available, we got to our destination on time and was generally happy with the customer service

Bus quite nice, but didnt have pillow, didnt get assigned seats, and was more than 1 hour late, but that didbt matter because of good driving, nice staff, and quiet atmosphere to sleep! Overall happy as i was able to sleep well!
