The bus company is very enthusiastic in supporting the change of pick-up point from Giap Bat Bus Station to My Dinh Bus Station. However, the bus company should coordinate with the car booking App companies to add more pick-up points at My Dinh Bus Station for the convenience of customers.

On top of the very good trip, the driver was so kind to leave us in front of the hotel. Something really appreciated considering it was 5am.

Reading the feedback, I saw that the review was a bit skeptical, but there was no better choice than this. I closed my eyes and booked it. Who would have thought that the service was better than what I expected. The driver spoke softly and picked me up at sbay. I was late due to traffic jam and also called to let me know to ease my anxiety. Quite satisfied with the trip. The car drove smoothly until the morning until we arrived. Quality amenities, cleanliness, completeness, private space.

We travelled twice with Thien Van from Hanoi to Cao Bang and back to Hanoi. The driver arrived on time at each pickup point and delivered us to our drop off location. The seats we selected during booking were what we received. There was 1 stop on our trip for toilet and snack breaks.The driver was professional and the car was clean, and complimentary water provided.

I waited at the designated pick-up point & saw the assigned van for the trip. But it's another van from another company that came to pick me up. Driver showed me a msg with my name & trip particulars. No further surprise on the journey, van was comfortable with bottled water, blanket & neck pillow. Driver also dropped me at my hotel in Cao Bang.

The car runs smoothly, you guys should wait at Kim Anh intersection, near the signboard of Phu Tho gymnasium, or call a taxi to take you to the waiting area for the bus to get to CB and we'll know right away. There is a stop to eat delicious meat porridge. Friendly and enthusiastic staff 10 points
