The bus ran on time, only 2 late passengers had to wait 15 minutes. I forgot my jacket, the bus driver kindly returned it. What I like best is that the bus asks for the address to drop off passengers to the hotel 👍👍👍 but the bus drivers in Vietnam honk their horns too much :(

Reading some negative comments made me a bit confused, but after taking the Da Nang-Pleiku trip on April 29, 2023 at 9:00 p.m. by regular car, I have the following reviews: - The 2 drivers were extremely friendly and arranged seats. 1 seat for each person - The bus assistant is stupid, probably on the same frequency so whatever he says will make him laugh - The bus leaves on time, there is a telegraph notification before the departure time, good service attitude. - Normal facilities, because I booked a regular car, I don't ask for anything more. But it looks pretty good, I stopped to go to the bathroom.

Normally I choose a familiar car, but now I have work so I choose Dien Hong car. What made me feel was the thoughtfulness and enthusiasm of the bus assistant and driver. When I forgot to get off at the stop, I was very confused, but the driver helped me get home. 10 quality points 🥰

Booked a ticket through the App at 4:00 p.m. but the office confirmed that the bus only runs at 5:00 p.m. It took until 5:30 p.m. to roll off. Car service attitude is good and the driver drives safely. Comfortable place to lie down

Arrived 30 minutes late but the driver still waited (5 stars). At the rest stop, he forgot his phone, the driver didn't come back to get it but asked the next car to get it for him and delivered it to him (5 stars). It is very difficult for foreigners to understand the location of the bus terminal and where the buses come from. I arrived an hour before the bus departed, but after walking for over an hour they finally called me and found me. The service was normal, but anyway I slept better than in a hotel because I was so comfortable. It would be nice if the horns were less loud. But I enjoyed it so I give it full marks.
