We booked a trip from Hanoi to Cao Bang via Vexere. We left at 9:15 AM, after loading our luggage, although the departure was originally scheduled for 9:00 AM. We had a 20-minute bathroom break midway through the journey. We arrived in Cao Bang around 2:00 PM. The seats are very comfortable, and there's even a lumbar massage function if you want it. A small bottle of water is provided at each seat. The driver drove quite carefully. I recommend this transport company.

I left my camera on the seat on the bus from Yen Tu to Hanoi. I only realized it three hours after getting off the bus and called the driver in a panic. I travelled from ninh binh to danang on the overnight sleeper bus. It was our first experience taking these types of buses and we were nervous. Initially, there was a change in the pick up spot 2 hours before departure which was communicated by email. We got to the correct location at 9 and the bus wasn’t there. We reached out through email and received a prompt response which was very much appreciated. They let us know that the bus was 10-15 mins late. Once the bus arrived the driver came to us personally and helped and the customer service agent also confirmed over email. The bus was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bus driver was very kind and extra attentive knowing that we were tourists. We felt safe throughout the whole journey. The bus driver at the end of the ride guided us to the free shuttle that drops you off at the hotel. I would highly recommend.
