Everything was fine. I traveled both ways: from Hai Phong to Sapa and back. The bus schedule was as shown on the app, with a free shuttle service to my hotel in Sapa town. Further distances incur an additional fee. There was no shuttle service on the return trip; I had to go to the pick-up point at 599 Dien Bien Phu myself. The return bus was faster; I arrived back at Vinh Niem bus station by 4 pm.

Excellent service. The driver arrived on the minute and they organized a drop-off at the prefered location.

The car runs reliably, a little off schedule due to a car problem, but the car comes to pick you up very conscientiously. I went and the driver said that if I couldn't catch up with the car in front, he would take me to Hanoi even though he only drove in HP. The driver is very true to the company's responsibility of putting customers first. Will support the car for a long time. P/s: the car doesn't smell, drives very smoothly, doesn't get sick
