Amazing service. We had to change our plans last minute because the cruise ships had to cancel in Halong Bay (weather). Ninh Binh Travel call centre were great at reorganising our travel. Helpful staff. I had to change my departure date twice, once three hours before my scheduled departure. There was no problem with the operator. The driver came and picked me up. The trip was pleasant in a well-maintained coach. Upon arrival, the staff asked if everything was okay and if I had made it to the hotel. I'm returning.
