I booked a 22-room bus, the price on Vexere was 2 million on Tet. When I called the switchboard to confirm the pick-up time, I asked if that was the final price and if there were any surcharges. The operator asked how many people I was traveling with. For 1 3 year old baby and 1 adult, the payment of 2 million was more than enough. The garage even refunded 500k to me. Quite a surprise. 10 points for very polite and decent garage service.

The car has comfortable pillows and blankets that are also cool and not too hot. I like to ride Nha Trang because the bed of Xe Nha can lie flat. I have back pain so I need to sleep on a flat bed like that. The only minus point is that the bus waiting time in Nha Trang is located on the highway, there are no seats but there is also dust and sand, I have to hold all the things on my body while waiting, not daring to leave them on the road. Hopefully the car company can fix this soon.

I traveled with my wife from Saigon to Danang. Everything was fine. The bus was new and comfortable. The staff didn't speak English, so we had to use Google Translate. They showed us where toilets were and where to eat. The bus stopped 4 times within our 16-hour trip. We arrived 3 hours earlier than expected. Authentic experience :). The main problem was the company changed our pick up point. They were calling us a whole morning to inform about it but we couldn't understand Vietnamese. The manager in our hotel helped us.
