I have used the services of other companies but they always did not fulfill their promise that they will pick me up and take me to where you indicate.

I was a little worried because there were no Korean reviews, but if you're going to Tuiroa after reading my review, trust me and make a reservation!! The driver is friendly, the car is new, and he drives safely. The bus was clean and they provided us with water for the trip which was very nice. The seats were super comfortable. The driver drove safely. I was contacted on WhatsApp beforehand with instructions on where to meet which was very helpful. The trip was quicker than expected which is also a nice bonus :)

The garage is very thoughtful. I'm in Phu Yen and take the 9pm flight, the bus company has bread and milk ready for passengers (+1 super big point). Call before pick up time (about half an hour). Staff are also very polite and attentive. A big plus is that the after-service is super good. When I arrived in the morning, in the afternoon someone from the bus company contacted me to ask about the experience and service to improve better. The place is also very clean and comfortable. However, because I get car sick, I'm quite sensitive to smells. I hope the bus company can arrange some hanging bags of ginger, lemongrass, or something to make the smell in the car more pleasant. This review has no seeding or advertising, so anyone who is considering experiencing this garage should try it, don't hesitate. A small note for tall people: if possible, you should choose the beds in front. Last day I went because I had no other choice so I slept in the last bed which is a bit short for my height. But it's still quite comfortable, I just think the front bed will be a little more comfortable.

The Not-So-Good: • Last-minute change of pickup location: A few hours before departure, they informed me that the pickup point had been changed to a location about 30 minutes farther away. However, they compensated me with 100,000 VND, which I found fair. • Unfriendly drivers: The drivers weren’t particularly friendly or helpful, but nothing unbearable. • Overcrowded transfer in Danang: When we transferred to another bus to get to our hotel in Danang, it was overcrowded, and I ended up sitting on a plastic stool in the middle aisle, which wasn’t ideal. Overall: Despite a few minor inconveniences, I had a positive experience with this company. It’s by far the best bus service I’ve used in Vietnam. The cleanliness, comfort, and quietness made a significant difference, and I would recommend it to anyone traveling this route.

The first time I took An Phu bus from Quy Nhon to Khanh Hoa, I found the service attentive. In addition to drinking water, each person is also served a box of soy milk. The bed is soft, the pillows are also soft, the bus company also carefully hangs a small basket on each bed to hold drink bottles to avoid falling. Drive safely, do not speed and overtake recklessly. Although there are many empty seats during the ride, the bus only picks up passengers who have booked in advance, not outside passengers (with the amount of money spent on such a route, it's very good).

We took a day time sleeper bus with HM Happycar from Hoi An to Phong Nha. I received a WhatsApp message from the organizer to ensure we found the bus ok before departing. The bus was extremely clean and in great condition. The little bed capsules were private and lay totally flat, or you could put them into a partially reclined position. I am 5'4" and could lay completely stretched out, my friend is 5'9" and could do the same with flexed feet. There was a USB port, lights and air vents. The driving felt very safe and there were two drivers who traded off which helped us feel safe as well. We stopped 3 times for toilet breaks. After getting dropped off and going about our day, we realized we forgot air buds on the bus. I messaged them via WhatsApp and they responded immediately that they would ask their cleaning staff. They found them and organised a nearby hostel for them to be dropped off at for us to pick up at our convenience. Very impressed overall, would book with them again.

The bus conductors were cheerful and enthusiastic. I was late but the bus still waited for me and didn't leave like other buses. I will support the bus company on other occasions.

Big bus, this place has a very punctual bus, so if you're late, you have to grab yourself to the big bus (like Binh Phuoc intersection). - The shuttle bus took me to the gas station on Highway 13 to wait for the big car to pick me up. I waited about 30 minutes. There is a broken rice restaurant next door. If you haven't had dinner yet, you can stop by and eat while waiting for the bus. At around 6:45 p.m., the bus arrived, so we got on the bus and slept. - Driver, skip the bus: I think he's quite polite and cute. This was the first time I went to Quy Nhon and I booked Tai Phat car dealership because the reviews on the app were quite good and the quality really exceeded my expectations. I bought a double bed and it was just enough for 2 people. The garage staff must be said to be super enthusiastic and cute. Before the trip, I called the switchboard and the employee who assisted me spoke super gently and cheerfully. When we get on the shuttle bus and get on the big car, they always help us carry our suitcases.
