The two elderly people were talking very loudly, so loudly that I even dreamt about their conversation. So, if the staff member receives a complaint, please don't deduct their salary. I have used this sleep bus twice for traveling from Nha Trang to Can Tho. Overall, it is one of the most comfortable sleeper bus options on this route. One important thing to mention is that there is no toilet on board, which can be uncomfortable on such a long overnight route. However, when there are regular stops, the trip can still be quite comfortable. My most recent trip (yesterday) was very good. Even though the bus was delayed by about one hour, the company informed me in advance, so it was not a problem for me. The bus was comfortable, with blankets and two pillows, and the drivers were polite and friendly. There were rest stops around 4:00 AM and 9:00 AM, which made the journey much more comfortable. At the final stop, they even provided toothbrushes, which was a nice touch. On my previous trip last week, there were no night stops until around 8:00 AM, which was quite uncomfortable. It seems that the schedule depends on the drivers, and I really hope the stops will be more consistent in the future. Overall, I am satisfied and will continue using this sleep bus company for my business trips, as it is still one of the most comfortable sleeper bus options on this route. I really hope that in the future the drivers will make regular stops as scheduled, especially since I am planning to take this route again next week.

The first time I took An Phu bus from Quy Nhon to Khanh Hoa, I found the service attentive. In addition to drinking water, each person is also served a box of soy milk. The bed is soft, the pillows are also soft, the bus company also carefully hangs a small basket on each bed to hold drink bottles to avoid falling. Drive safely, do not speed and overtake recklessly. Although there are many empty seats during the ride, the bus only picks up passengers who have booked in advance, not outside passengers (with the amount of money spent on such a route, it's very good).

The bus was clean, although the sleeping berths were a bit small. The bus company was professional, and the price was 260k VND from Saigon to Da Lat. The travel time was exactly as scheduled. The driver was professional. The experience of booking through the Vexere app was also very good; when purchasing an additional ticket, a staff member on Zalo provided support within 10 minutes. It's definitely worth choosing Phuong Trang's service and booking through the Vexere app.

I think the car service is quite good compared to the price range, the only thing is that the car pick up is 1 hour late, waiting a bit long and changing the pick up point makes me run too much :)) When I booked the car on app r, I was pushed by the app. chair, not exactly the chair I chose but that's okay. I don't understand why the app is so slow in updating license plates, it makes me panic :)) The driver's phone number is also wrong.
