The bus was on time, better than I thought. It was 10pm and the bus arrived at 10pm and 3pm. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but it was a bit cold. Everyone on the bus said it was cold, but later the driver adjusted it, it was a bit less cold but still very cold kkk. Overall, I give it 9.5₫/10, I will continue to support the bus company!

I was quite nervous when I read many comments saying the bus was late, but the bus arrived 10 minutes earlier, so it probably depends on the bus and fate. The vehicle is fully equipped with water, towels, cakes, blankets, and pillows. The bed is quite comfortable if sleeping for 1 person. Even though my lover and I are both 7-8 feet tall, quite thin, we still feel a bit tired lying down. I think this trip is ok, I still have to wait for the return trip. Regarding payment, I think I should choose online payment to get a discount, because I choose to pay when getting on the bus but in the end I still have to transfer money in advance to deposit a seat. Generally satisfied.
