I had a very positive and satisfying experience choosing Thinh Phat - Tuan Anh bus company for my recent trip. At first, I was a bit disappointed with the low rating, but the actual experience is worthy of 5 stars. Everything is fine, nothing to complain about.

The driver was there 15 minutes earlier than departure time, but I was contacted ahead of time to inform me, and made sure I in fact boarded. Half way through the trip, driver stopped by what seemed like a small family restaurant. The food was simple but succulent, everything was fresh and cooked to perfection. I felt bad when I was asked to pay for that food, as the cost was far lower than it was worth, even considering the province. The food is already prepared so, ready to eat! The review isn't about the food so anyhow, the coach arrived right on time even though we had some long (half an hour) stop to eat. Driver did speed up on the second half, but it wasn't all that scary. That limousine had perfectly function belt on all seats ! I would definitely use again, and would highly recommend picking this transit company.

The journey went smoothly, the driver was punctual and dropped us off at the agreed location. Very comfortable mini van!
