I was picked up at my hotel 1.5 hrs earlier than planned but was asked early in the morning if I was able to make the trip earlier. It was pleasant to make it to my destination sooner than anticipated. The driver was very attentive and punctual. He didn’t speak much English but we understood each other great through google translator. The bus was quite comfortable, clean, had covered windows for easy rest, provided blankets and water. The driver had not problem in making small detours to drop off people at their destinations as we were all close to the drop off points. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I definitely recommend this company.

The first time experiencing a sleeper bus with a tour guide, it felt like going on a tour, being taken care of information from the time of booking tickets until getting off the bus, so I felt very secure. There is a private chat group between the bus guide and the customer. Plus 10 points. Although there were problems with traffic jams and delays during major holidays, the general situation was acceptable. The tour guide was cheerful, enthusiastic, and dedicated >> 10 points. Hopefully, sleeper buses in the future will improve the information care for customers like this so that everyone can travel conveniently.

Took the VIP bus from ho chi min to dalat. Had great service, bus was as per the pictures and super comfortable, bus set off on time from the main office in district 1. Driver was really good and made regular break stops. The journey gets quite interesting once you get up into the mountains and there are some great views. Would use again in the future. Oh you need to be there 15mins before departure! They need to update their info.
