Quality car, originating from Ninh Binh, good service!

Amazing service. We had to change our plans last minute because the cruise ships had to cancel in Halong Bay (weather). Ninh Binh Travel call centre were great at reorganising our travel. They responded so quickly and kept me updated directly through WhatsApp. It gave us such great confidence when you could directly contact someone and they reply within minutes. Thank you.

I took a sleeping bus on my way here..Well, it was a fun experience, and I came comfortably. However, the driving time was too stuffy on the road, so I found a limousine bus. I heard that the driving time was 5 hours, but I didn't make a lot of honking sounds.. My goal is to achieve it. If it's daytime and you don't have to sleep, it's highly recommended. But the usb charging of the air conditioning/seat is random. It would be satisfactory to check that, but isn't that the same for sleeping buses:)

Got to my destination safely and on time. Convenient stops for food . Overall a very efficient service . Will be using this company again during my time in vietnam

Tam Coc > Hanoi : we had a toilet break during the trip. The car was clean and had USB plugs, but no WiFi. The bus was late but on a Sunday afternoon after the Têt holidays, there was heaps of traffic. Overall, we made it safely to our destination and that’s what matters

What was amazing was how helpful the driver was. We were supposed to get of in the village and there still was quite a long way to our homestay, but he asked every guest on the bus where they were staying and then drove every person to the exact homestay/hotel. That was really helpful and deeply appreciated! We sat at the very front of the bus by the driver, so I cannot comment about the seats or amenities, but the bus was clean.
