Full wifi, the bed has an adjustable overhead light, 3 light levels, customizable. Generally private, but not soundproof. It is recommended to bring headphones or earplugs if you want to be quiet. The ride at night is very quiet, I can just sleep and get there. Overall, I am satisfied with the service I was provided.

Yesterday was a weekend so it was very crowded, traffic jams made cars late, there was only the driver from Az, there was no assistant so everyone was tired, but I saw the driver still trying to make everyone feel comfortable. as happy as possible. I think the car company could have more assistant drivers in all vehicles to help reduce driver fatigue, find more assistant drivers who can speak English, or open tutoring classes to teach English communication for long-distance drivers. . Because I personally see many foreign tourists on trips to tourist areas like this, but they cannot communicate with the driver, so no matter how enthusiastic the driver and assistant are, it is not certain that they will understand or not. Have a fun experience in the car.

Out of all the sleeper bus companies I’ve used in Vietnam, this was my favorite! They picked us up from our hostel and dropped us off at our next hostel. We left on time, but we did arrive at our destination 2 hours earlier than anticipated. The receptionist and driver were communicative. The upper level seats didn’t have a guard rail, but they were clean and comfortable. There was no excessive noise during our trip. I would absolutely use this company again.
