The driver named Hung is very friendly and enthusiastic. My family, my husband, my wife and 2 children booked the Vung Tau - Saigon flight at 12:30 on January 18, 2022. Even though he returned more than 2 hours late due to a flat tire incident in the middle of the road, he still recognized Mr. Hung's sense of responsibility. Customers are willing to cancel the trip if they feel it is not safe for the trip, but in the end, even if the whole family waits a little late because there is a request, they should stop by the repair station and replace car parts and then continue traveling. They were amazing even looked after our bags while we had some food then took us to the airport for our flight home could not have been happier or more grateful I would highly recommend all the team thanks from Tony and family from Australia

This is my first time riding Kumho bus company. I feel 98% satisfied in many aspects, from price, facilities, service to time. Before booking the car, I read negative reviews left by customers. I wanted to see what it was really like so I tried it once. Maybe I'm lucky, I haven't encountered any bad things. However, the trip will be more complete if the driver is enthusiastic and responsible and does not talk too much on the phone or make noise during the first stretch of the road.
