I went on a business trip from HCM to Da Nang and then back from Chu Lai. At first, I was a bit worried when trying to book a Ba Thanh bus, but I was extremely satisfied, enthusiastic about booking tickets, answering questions very enthusiastically and clearly about the price, without forcing or placing any restrictions on the customer. Easy communication, double confirmation and information via Whatsapp. Available to book spontaneously and it was clear where we were supposed to be picked up / dropped off and at what times exactly.
