Reading some negative comments made me a bit confused, but after taking the Da Nang-Pleiku trip on April 29, 2023 at 9:00 p.m. by regular car, I have the following reviews: - The 2 drivers were extremely friendly and arranged seats. 1 seat for each person - The bus assistant is stupid, probably on the same frequency so whatever he says will make him laugh - The bus leaves on time, there is a telegraph notification before the departure time, good service attitude. - Normal facilities, because I booked a regular car, I don't ask for anything more. But it looks pretty good, I stopped to go to the bathroom.

On September 2nd holiday, the bus company did not increase the ticket price, tickets can be booked online, the new Kia Grabbiird model is much better than Thaco models, smooth, 5 stars for Duc Dat

A super cute garage from the staff to the assistant driver. Everyone is enthusiastic and gentle, there is bird's nest bread and water that takes care of guests very well, worth choosing every time you go home

Normally I choose a familiar car, but now I have work so I choose Dien Hong car. What made me feel was the thoughtfulness and enthusiasm of the bus assistant and driver. When I forgot to get off at the stop, I was very confused, but the driver helped me get home. 10 quality points 🥰

The bus itself was clean and very comfortable, making the long journey much more pleasant. We’re really happy we found this company — we hadn’t had such a positive experience with other buses before. I only have 1 comment: the luggage compartment is quite dusty, my bag was very dirty, at around 12pm the car went a little too fast, but the driver and assistant were very dedicated and friendly. During my trip, the car had a flat tire. Luckily, the guys stopped at the gas station and changed the tire quite quickly. I hope the garage fixes the dust-free trunk for better service quality. I have taken Quoc Dat bus several times before but was very surprised because the day I went was a holiday but the quality of the trip was very good, on time, correct seat, clean, had wifi, the driver and the bus conductor were very pleasant to talk to. When I arrived, the bus company also supported a shuttle bus to my house. 10 points for the bus company, hope the bus company can maintain this quality. Thank you

First time riding Tu An bus, felt very ok. The driver drove smoothly, not noisy. The bus assistant spoke softly, helping passengers wholeheartedly. The only thing is that he broke my suitcase huhu. Because of the bus company's enthusiastic attitude, it still deserves a 10/10 rating.
