⭐ 4.5/5 Thanks to the Vexere app, I had a pretty good trip with HK Buslines. The bus was luxurious with a private cabin for each passenger, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Vexere’s hotline worked efficiently and showed responsibility toward customers. Cons: -0.5 star because the booking process on the app is too quick, making it easy to select the wrong step and impossible to go back, which could result in service cancellation. -0.5 star because drop-off is only at the company’s representative office, not at my home :) Pros: The bus departed and arrived on time. Pick-up was exactly at the registered location. Professional and helpful staff. Overall, I rate 4.5 stars for both the Vexere app and HK Buslines. I was a bit hesitant booking the sleeper bus because I have heard many horror stories about them, however the ride was very pleasant. We bought the double bed and even though I am 195cm high, the journey was comfortable and I was able to sleep most of the time (although I couldn’t fully stretch my legs. I would need another 20-30cm for that). The bed was wide and the two of us could fit there quite nicely. There were two stops along the way to Sapa (cca every 2 hours) for bathroom and snacks. The bed was clean and the bus driver honked only occasionally. I really recommend this bus. And if you are taller like me, I recommend paying extra for the better bed.
