This was our first time using the services of this company. The quality is good relative to the price. The seats are clean, the seats are lowered to a reclining position, a bottle of free water (charging was working on one side of the journey, but on the same bus in the opposite direction it may have been turned off.). Booked a ticket through the App at 4:00 p.m. but the office confirmed that the bus only runs at 5:00 p.m. It took until 5:30 p.m. to roll off. Car service attitude is good and the driver drives safely. Comfortable place to lie down

We booked tickets without paying for the Nha Trang-Da Nang journey (which is very convenient if you don't have a foreign card to pay with). We arrived at the bus station (the departure point was indicated on the ticket), and they printed our tickets for us at the ticket counter. We also decided to buy tickets for the return journey directly at the counter, as the price was the same in the app. We first took a minibus to the meeting point, and then transferred to the sleep bus itself. I recommend bringing a warm sweater or a thin jacket/vest, as it was occasionally chilly, and the blankets were old, but they were available. We traveled back from Da Nang (Da Nang bus station, Terminal B2, Exit 8) on a different type of bus with three rows of reclining seats.
