I chose a departure from the office in the center of Nha Trang, where we were picked up by a minibus and taken to a large slipbus, which we already rode on. The departure was on time, we arrived at the place an hour earlier than the specified time

There is no pick-up along the way and many stops so there is no fear of being late. + Minus points: the time on the ticket is 16:00, however, the bus left at 15:30 and scheduled to pick up passengers from 15:20. The departure time should be adjusted earlier so that passengers can proactively arrange the time written on the ticket. The bus does not have a toilet, so when passengers need to go to the toilet, they have to wait until the stop. The bus has 22 rooms so there is no pillow like the 22 single-room bus. I have used many bus companies, this time I was impressed with the shuttle driver for our group, who was female, very cute and friendly, enthusiastically supporting customers. The car was ok, clean, no bad smell, the driver and the assistant were very attentive and professional.
