Shuttle buses within Hanoi/Vinh should add more pick-up/drop-off location options on the Vexere APP. I was the one who called to request additional information when booking tickets in Vinh city. The bus was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the driver was skilled and drove safely.

First time going to Nghe An by bus. 10 points without any problems. New, clean bus, fast on the highway, few stops, bus conductor and driver were very cheerful and enthusiastic. Decided to book the return trip without looking for another bus company.

The female receptionists were lovely. The male staff at the university office were cheerful, caring, and enthusiastic. During my trip, there were two elderly families talking quite loudly. When a staff member reminded them to be quiet, the two elderly people scolded her. If they had given a bad review, I would have responded in kind. The staff member's reminder was very accurate. The two elderly people were talking very loudly, so loudly that I even dreamt about their conversation. So, if the staff member receives a complaint, please don't deduct their salary.
