I see everyone's reviews are too bad, but it was my first time going and everything was okay and the guys were happy, but the car facilities are old, so they should be refurbished.

Going on the 4th so it wasn't too crowded, it was ok so book a 24-seat limousine for more space.

First time riding Hai Luan bus, I went from Buon Ho to SG, the driver and bus assistant were lovely. The car doesn't smell like some cars I've driven in the past. It's arranged in the correct location and returned to the right place where the customer registered. I hope the garage is always reputable and enthusiastic to have more customers

The trip was very safe, although there was some difficulty with weather conditions due to the impact of a storm in the Central region. But the bus still runs on the right route and on time. It was my first time using this company so I expected to be at Q6 station at 7:20 p.m. Who would have thought that at 7:35 p.m. there would already be a bus to transfer to Mien Tay station. Get on the big bus and depart on time, with each stop lasting 30-45 minutes. When you arrive at Gia Rai station, there is a shuttle bus waiting to take you there. This trip does not pick up passengers along the way so the car is comfortable.

We went by bus at 19:30 Danang - Nha Trang. The blue illuminated bus looks like a spaceship of the future. Super comfortable! If possible, take the top bunks, and in the middle of the cabin (at least the second row from the drivers, because they can smoke and chat the whole trip) and at least the second row from the toilet (it may smell). We had a clean, comfortable toilet, modern leather seats, and blankets. The driver drove moderately, did not honk excessively at night and did not brake sharply. We slept well) at 4:30 we arrived at the station near Nha Trang. There everyone was asked to get out, given their things and put into a Sprinter, which went to the center of Nha Trang. Due to the fact that this nuance with the transfer was not agreed upon in advance, it naturally raised many questions from passengers. But the drivers don't speak English. They only show you with gestures where to go)) And they literally forcefully transfer you into the sprinter so that you don’t get lost)

The bus company is very polite, the driver drives smoothly, the staff does not bother unnecessarily, customers can stay in that room wherever they book, they are not arbitrarily placed like other bus companies. A plus point for prestige is that there are many foreign visitors on the same trip to Nha Trang!
