It is very difficult for foreigners to understand the location of the bus terminal and where the buses come from. I arrived an hour before the bus departed, but after walking for over an hour they finally called me and found me. The service was normal, but anyway I slept better than in a hotel because I was so comfortable. It would be nice if the horns were less loud. But I enjoyed it so I give it full marks. Comfortable bus, big seats, clean, big luggage compartment under bus, AC. Reclining and leg rest electric adjustable. Head rest adjustable. Free water. Blankets available. Driver drove carefully. One 30 minute stop at restaurant. Arrival +-30 minutes on time. Only downsides: No wifi password given, therefore no wifi usable. Drop-off in city center instead of at hotel. Constantly music playing in bus, not very loud, still annoying.
