I have taken Quoc Dat bus several times before but was very surprised because the day I went was a holiday but the quality of the trip was very good, on time, correct seat, clean, had wifi, the driver and the bus conductor were very pleasant to talk to. The bus arrived on time, there was an even shuttle bus service to pick me up. It was clean inside, 2 pillows provided. The driving style was rather fast and we were tossed back and forth a lot - but I cannot compare with other night buses as it was my first one. Generally, I am satisfied.
