I travelled from ninh binh to danang on the overnight sleeper bus. It was our first experience taking these types of buses and we were nervous. Initially, there was a change in the pick up spot 2 hours before departure which was communicated by email. We got to the correct location at 9 and the bus wasn’t there. We reached out through email and received a prompt response which was very much appreciated. They let us know that the bus was 10-15 mins late. Once the bus arrived the driver came to us personally and helped and the customer service agent also confirmed over email. The bus was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bus driver was very kind and extra attentive knowing that we were tourists. We felt safe throughout the whole journey. The bus driver at the end of the ride guided us to the free shuttle that drops you off at the hotel. I would highly recommend.

Quite satisfied with this bus company. The bus arrived 15 minutes later than expected, but the bus company called to inform us in advance. When we got on the bus, we were quickly assigned a bed. The parking staff is quite funny and enthusiastic. There are drinking water and cold towels on the bus. Thanks garage, quite an interesting experience!
