The bus company is new so not many people know about it. If you need to go from Da Lat to Phan Thiet, you can refer to it. Everyone at the bus company is very nice, always smiling and talking, always asking about customers. I have experienced many routes and many bus companies, but the guys at the bus company gave me a very wow feeling. Especially on the way from Da Lat to Phan Thiet, the bus company stopped at a station with a very, very wow view. To be honest, I was little bit scared after seeing mixed reviews here but it turned our pretty good. We went from Nha Trang to Hoi An, bus was there 20-30min earlier but staff informed us about it 30 minutes before it. The staff inside with the driver were really nice, they helped us with our bags and gave us free water and small snack. The cabin was clean with blanket and alright in space even for me (184 cm). Driving was okay without too much honking but dont expect any luxury sleep cause the road is bumpy and there are a lot of turns. There were quick 3-4 toilet stops and bus got in Hoi An around the promised time. I dont know if we got lucky and other people super unlucky or they expect something impossible but i would go again with them. 10/10
