The shuttle bus picked you up on time, the driver was polite and attentive. The 34c car is clean and fully equipped. The driver drives carefully, the assistant arranges passengers' belongings and luggage thoughtfully and carefully. Will continue to support

Yes, the ride experience was great, 10 points for customer service, on time. Thank you and I will continue to book tickets next time.

Honestly, I'd read the previous reviews and we were a little worried. But it was the best bus trip we've ever taken. The bus left and arrived on time, the drivers were friendly, the ride was okay (although still bumpy, but that's Vietnam for you ^^), and the seats were comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised.

The staff were lovely, and the bus was lovely too 😂 It was new, clean, and had Pikachu decorations all over it. Each bed even had a long Pikachu plushie to hug 🤣 The pink pig-patterned blankets would be a hit with kids. This was the first time I'd seen a bus company provide toothbrushes. Two elderly people boarded the bus and the staff even escorted them to their seats to assist them; overall, it was very thoughtful.

Guide for first-time travelers Review of the trip from Sai Gon to Nha Trang In Saigon, the bus company has a waiting room, serving snacks such as cakes, water, etc. After getting on the bus and sleeping for about 5-6 hours, you will arrive in Nha Trang. In Nha Trang, the bus company has a free shuttle service, but you must book in advance with the bus company when booking a ticket or when the bus company calls you to confirm your ticket before leaving. After the bus arrives in Nha Trang, you contact the staff (should use Google Translate and give it to them to read) to help you find a shuttle. You should not trust people wearing Grab shirts inviting you to take a ride outside. Talking about the quality of the bus, it is excellent, the bus is made in a cabin style with a space design, there is no toilet on the bus or there is (depending on the type of bus you choose), so you should take a 22-cabin bus instead of a 32-cabin bus for the best experience. Most of the drivers are elderly, so they do not know English, you should use Google Translate to communicate with them. Hope this review will help you when you go

79-05527 Thank you so much to the bus driver. I'm a Korean who doesn't know anything, but I kept asking on Google Maps "Are you sure you're going here?" and asking strange questions like "Can you take me to our hotel?" But the driver took care of everything. Originally, I arrived at 2:30 a.m., and I was informed at that time, but the driver told me to sleep more, waited at the gas station, and even picked me up at the hotel by limousine bus in the morning. I looked so stupid that I think the driver helped me. If the driver wasn't there, I'm still thinking about that story because it must have been dangerous.. Thank you so much.. - very new, genuine car; The bed is soft and comfortable, there are pillows and pillows for the head, all are clean, soft, fragrant, and the blankets are also clean and fragrant. There is a toilet in the back of the car, again the word "clean". - strong wifi, very good screen, use with very smooth voice control remote when watching pre-installed youtube and netflix. worth the money. - Holiday buses run a lot. From 10:00 p.m. Huynh Gia's bus company has up to 14 trips. The last trip I took was at 11:30 p.m., the bus arrived and left on time, and there were staff nearby. The announcer announcing the bus trip was very detailed and attentive, polite, not angry or loud when customers asked, like some other bus companies I've taken on holidays when there are many people. Each person gets a bag of mineral water, cake, and wet towels. - 1 review from a customer who often visits Ms. Ut Tang on Binh Ba island with friends and family

I have booked many different cars on the website vexere several times and this is the first time I have reviewed a bus company, because I found the 24-bed Limousine of Thanh Thuy bus company to be of such high quality that I wanted to share it with everyone who is deciding. Should I go or not? - Ticket price: 600k/bed/person. - Time: If I book the SG-QN route at 6:00 p.m., the bus company will call me early in the morning on the day of departure to confirm. In the afternoon, I will send a text message telling them the location and time (5:45 p.m.) to be present at the BXMD for transfer to the bus station. Big bus, this place has a very punctual bus, so if you're late, you have to grab yourself to the big bus (like Binh Phuoc intersection). - The shuttle bus took me to the gas station on Highway 13 to wait for the big car to pick me up. I waited about 30 minutes. There is a broken rice restaurant next door. If you haven't had dinner yet, you can stop by and eat while waiting for the bus. At around 6:45 p.m., the bus arrived, so we got on the bus and slept. - Driver, skip the bus: I think he's quite polite and cute. Get in the car and read the last 3 digits of your phone and he'll lead you back to the place to sleep. Later, he'll go and ask each person where to get off for convenience. drop off or transfer. - Amenities on the bus: there is a place to charge your phone, you can turn the lights on and off yourself, curtains on both sides, a soft, fragrant bed, and spacious. Wifi works ok, I only surf Facebook, mess around here and there, I don't watch YouTube so I don't know if it's strong or not, I think the other ones work fine. When I stopped to go to the bathroom, I felt okay and clean. I found the slippers prepared by the bus station to be clean. They were very new. When I got off the bus, there was a parking attendant standing by to give me wet towels. Every time I stopped to go to the bathroom, I felt comfortable. We all give out wet towels (10 points), early in the morning we give out disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste. Well, there are 2 more 500ml bottles of mineral water in the car. The ride was quiet, the driver didn't smoke, didn't swear, didn't raise his voice, and I felt great. Well, the bus arrives at the bus station at 7:30 a.m., 1 hour earlier than expected on the website. The bus also has a transfer service within Quang Ngai city. At the station, the guys at the bus station will ask me where to transfer. If not, I can proactively register. The car is new, clean, fragrant, I like it very much. There are also many cute teddy bears hanging on the car 😁

The driver and the bus conductor are very nice. Yesterday, it was raining. I sat in the car waiting for Thanh Trung bus to arrive. The bus conductor called me and told me to stay in the car and brought me an umbrella. Such a thoughtful action. When I got on the bus, he was afraid I would be cold and brought me a cotton blanket. Every time I got off the bus, he booked a Grab and Be to take me to my destination. They were super enthusiastic. I have used many snow buses from Khanh Hoa to SG, but this bus has the best experience. I bought tickets for my parents to go, and they couldn't stop praising me. Thank you Thanh Trung bus company.

Comes with 1 bottle of Number 1 drink, 1 can of bird's nest drink, 2 wet towels. Quality 👌

I frequently travel by car. I've previously used the Quang Ngai - Bao Loc route with Xuan Hai bus company, and now I use the Ho Chi Minh City - Quang Ngai route and vice versa. I've traveled with many bus companies, but today I found the ride very smooth. The beds have comfortable mattresses and pillows, perfect for long journeys, and I slept very well. The pick-up and drop-off times were exactly as shown on the app. I hope the bus company maintains this quality.
