Nice bus, upon boarding they gave us water and a drink from swallow's nests. The cabin has a blanket and a small pillow. If possible, take a large pillow with you, as this one may not be very comfortable. For my height of 178 cm there is not enough space in length. I chose a departure from the office in the center of Nha Trang, where we were picked up by a minibus and taken to a large slipbus, which we already rode on. The departure was on time, we arrived at the place an hour earlier than the specified time

The garage is very thoughtful. I'm in Phu Yen and take the 9pm flight, the bus company has bread and milk ready for passengers (+1 super big point). Call before pick up time (about half an hour). Staff are also very polite and attentive. A big plus is that the after-service is super good. When I arrived in the morning, in the afternoon someone from the bus company contacted me to ask about the experience and service to improve better. The place is also very clean and comfortable. However, because I get car sick, I'm quite sensitive to smells. I hope the bus company can arrange some hanging bags of ginger, lemongrass, or something to make the smell in the car more pleasant. This review has no seeding or advertising, so anyone who is considering experiencing this garage should try it, don't hesitate. A small note for tall people: if possible, you should choose the beds in front. Last day I went because I had no other choice so I slept in the last bed which is a bit short for my height. But it's still quite comfortable, I just think the front bed will be a little more comfortable.

Xe Nha serves very well from the time customers book tickets, buy tickets, get on the bus, etc. Xe Nha's brothers and sisters are very dedicated to the passengers, providing updated trip schedules to customers and Xe drivers. The house is very enthusiastic, cheerful and dedicated to passengers, the car runs on time... all in all, everything is very good. Friendly staff, bus serves Karo cake, Vinamilk milk, mineral water for passengers. The bus runs smoothly. The bus runs on the highway so it goes quite fast, only 6 hours. There is no pick-up along the way and many stops so there is no fear of being late. + Minus points: the time on the ticket is 16:00, however, the bus left at 15:30 and scheduled to pick up passengers from 15:20. The departure time should be adjusted earlier so that passengers can proactively arrange the time written on the ticket. The bus does not have a toilet, so when passengers need to go to the toilet, they have to wait until the stop. The bus has 22 rooms so there is no pillow like the 22 single-room bus. Overall rating: Good and Quality. I have taken the bus many times but I always choose this bus company because it is so stable. I recommend everyone to use this bus company.

I took a bus from Nha Trang to Ho Chi Minh City. In general, the bus went quite quickly and arrived earlier than I expected. The driver was also enthusiastic and polite, calling in advance to confirm. People should proactively call and ask the bus company to confirm all travel date information and ask them to notify them in any case of schedule changes. When getting on the bus, a few people wondered why the seat wasn't a bed. You should carefully check the type of seat on the online booking ticket because I saw it clearly stated it was a seat. The bus company will call to confirm the trip time and license plate number. Please remember the license plate clearly to catch the correct bus.

A rare case when the driver does not honk every 30 seconds. It was clean, comfortable. We got from Da Nang to Dalat quickly. Nothing to complain about 😊

Booked a ticket through the App at 4:00 p.m. but the office confirmed that the bus only runs at 5:00 p.m. It took until 5:30 p.m. to roll off. Car service attitude is good and the driver drives safely. Comfortable place to lie down

The driver from Quy Nhon to Nha Trang scheduled 17:30 is awesome! He’s so kind and professional. He wasn’t late he came at Pick-up point(is not the office, just pick-up there. Don’t be afraid the google address as I uploaded a picture is correct just wait your driver until the pick-up time. (Because I was afraid I got a wrong place and asked Vietnamese on the cafe to call the driver to confirm whether the location I was is correct or not. Even, twice… Hahahaaa)

I'm evaluating while I'm still on the roller coaster. This was the first time I went to Quy Nhon and I booked Tai Phat car dealership because the reviews on the app were quite good and the quality really exceeded my expectations. I bought a double bed and it was just enough for 2 people. The garage staff must be said to be super enthusiastic and cute. Before the trip, I called the switchboard and the employee who assisted me spoke super gently and cheerfully. When we get on the shuttle bus and get on the big car, they always help us carry our suitcases. On the bus, there are free cakes and milk for passengers and also prepare motion sickness medicine, slippers, blankets, pillows and especially hug pillows. But we have to rate the garage 10 stars to be enough!!!
