This is my first time riding Kumho bus company. I feel 98% satisfied in many aspects, from price, facilities, service to time. Before booking the car, I read negative reviews left by customers. I wanted to see what it was really like so I tried it once. Maybe I'm lucky, I haven't encountered any bad things. However, the trip will be more complete if the driver is enthusiastic and responsible and does not talk too much on the phone or make noise during the first stretch of the road. Great experience. The bus station is near home, convenient to go & return. The bus departs on time, the driver is polite, helps arrange luggage, the bus staff works professionally, takes good care of customers, supports luggage from the bus to the customer. The bus arrives at the bus station to pick up & drop off customers at the exact location booked. Before the driver arrives to pick up the customer, he calls to remind in advance 👍👍👍👍 The limousine is clean and polite with clean blankets, drinks, snacks, towels. Worth the money. Will use it again next time & recommend it to family members. Using this bus saves time & less tiredness. The minus point is that the engine is a little noisy, but other bus companies have louder engines. This is okay. The driver drives very carefully & safely. No weaving, No fighting for the road, No reckless overtaking, less bumpy. No nervousness & fear like when using Phuong Trang bus. We are very happy to give the car 5***** 👍👍👍👍

The garage is very thoughtful. I'm in Phu Yen and take the 9pm flight, the bus company has bread and milk ready for passengers (+1 super big point). Call before pick up time (about half an hour). Staff are also very polite and attentive. A big plus is that the after-service is super good. When I arrived in the morning, in the afternoon someone from the bus company contacted me to ask about the experience and service to improve better. The place is also very clean and comfortable. However, because I get car sick, I'm quite sensitive to smells. I hope the bus company can arrange some hanging bags of ginger, lemongrass, or something to make the smell in the car more pleasant. This review has no seeding or advertising, so anyone who is considering experiencing this garage should try it, don't hesitate. A small note for tall people: if possible, you should choose the beds in front. Last day I went because I had no other choice so I slept in the last bed which is a bit short for my height. But it's still quite comfortable, I just think the front bed will be a little more comfortable.

Disadvantages: - Only transfer to Da Lat bus station within a radius of 5km, I live a bit far so I have to go to the station myself. - At first I thought there was a transfer to Ma Lo, but the bus company apologized and informed me that it could only stop at Chu Van An. If I can return to Ma Lo, it will be very convenient for me. Because the car is so cute, everyone on the bus is so cute to meet, so my trip yesterday was very ok. We went by bus at 19:30 Danang - Nha Trang. The blue illuminated bus looks like a spaceship of the future. Super comfortable! Minh Nghia's car is really great! Last time I went to Binh Thuan, other people took all the seats, so I had to ride very slowly because it drove very slowly. The driver honked so much it hurt my head. I downloaded the VeXeRe app and Minh Nghia was there. It's very cheap, only 160,000 thousand. I let my 2 children go for 480,000 thousand. When I got on the car, it was so luxurious and beautiful, the bookmobile was good, left on time, and slept quite well. So I rate it 5 stars.

The driver and the bus conductor are very nice. Yesterday, it was raining. I sat in the car waiting for Thanh Trung bus to arrive.
