Time and accuracy: The bus departs on time and arrives at BMT on time as committed. 4. Price: I feel the price of the bus service is very reasonable and consistent with the quality and amenities provided. 5. This bus ride is really comfortable. There are privacy curtains, places to charge phones, room lights and TVs, and very comfortable beds and pillows. In particular, the driver and assistant driver looked quite young but were very polite and drove very smoothly. All in all a comfortable trip. I will continue to book this trip

First time booking a bus ticket online and even paying in advance but it didn't disappoint! Quy Thao bus station is the only bus (I've ever been on it) where the drivers talk politely and don't use profanity. This alone is a 5 star rating. The driver also drank Pepsi and was very cute, not smoking like other cars. Pick up and pay at the correct point. Be able to lie on the correct bed. Overall 10 points.

I've been to the Central Highlands garage many times and the service is very dedicated.

Reading some negative comments made me a bit confused, but after taking the Da Nang-Pleiku trip on April 29, 2023 at 9:00 p.m. by regular car, I have the following reviews: - The 2 drivers were extremely friendly and arranged seats. 1 seat for each person - The bus assistant is stupid, probably on the same frequency so whatever he says will make him laugh - The bus leaves on time, there is a telegraph notification before the departure time, good service attitude. - Normal facilities, because I booked a regular car, I don't ask for anything more. But it looks pretty good, I stopped to go to the bathroom.

I am very satisfied with this trip, good service, the car also called 30 minutes in advance to notify that the car was almost there. On time too. I see everyone's reviews are too bad, but it was my first time going and everything was okay and the guys were happy, but the car facilities are old, so they should be refurbished.

I was quite nervous when I read many comments saying the bus was late, but the bus arrived 10 minutes earlier, so it probably depends on the bus and fate. The vehicle is fully equipped with water, towels, cakes, blankets, and pillows. The bed is quite comfortable if sleeping for 1 person. Even though my lover and I are both 7-8 feet tall, quite thin, we still feel a bit tired lying down. I think this trip is ok, I still have to wait for the return trip. Regarding payment, I think I should choose online payment to get a discount, because I choose to pay when getting on the bus but in the end I still have to transfer money in advance to deposit a seat. Generally satisfied.
