The ladies at the office in Hanoi have clearly been trained well in customer service as they were very friendly and helpful. The bus stopped twice in 6hrs which I feel was appropriate and the driver told us in English how many minutes we’d be stopping for (we haven’t had this anywhere else in Vietnam so we were surprised!). They even dropped us off at our hotel in Ha Giang which I wasn’t expecting as the ticket said we’d be dropped off at their office. I would say this is a very good company to travel with.

I am very satisfied with the bus company. The staff is enthusiastic, the bus from Hanoi is new, the driver is cheerful, friendly, and drives carefully. The ticket price is ok compared to other bus companies. Unfortunately, there are no tickets left for the return trip. Thank you bus company.

First time using Hoang Phu bus, the bus was on time, the driver was enthusiastic. Will continue to choose Hoang Phu bus for future travel.

The car's ride is smooth, everyone. You can sleep in the chosen cabin. Even though the last seat is not too bumpy. Friendly staff, I got in the car and forgot to charge it so I asked to borrow it, he let me borrow it until I got off. The car is fully equipped, with curtains, a bed with a massage mode, a charging outlet with a USB port, a tray for drinks and a TV for entertainment (but I couldn't find anything to watch, I hope the bus company upgrade soon). Full wifi, the bed has an adjustable overhead light, 3 light levels, customizable. Generally private, but not soundproof. It is recommended to bring headphones or earplugs if you want to be quiet. The ride at night is very quiet, I can just sleep and get there. Overall, I am satisfied with the service I was provided.
