This is my first time riding Kumho bus company. I feel 98% satisfied in many aspects, from price, facilities, service to time. Before booking the car, I read negative reviews left by customers. I wanted to see what it was really like so I tried it once. Maybe I'm lucky, I haven't encountered any bad things. However, the trip will be more complete if the driver is enthusiastic and responsible and does not talk too much on the phone or make noise during the first stretch of the road. The bus station's waiting area does not have food for customers as advertised on Facebook, but the staff is very enthusiastic, covering customers with umbrellas when it rains and carrying luggage to the car for customers. The bus company provides customers with a hangover pill. Free parking when picking up tickets if needed. The bus departs 8-10 minutes later than the scheduled time but that's okay. The bus departs at 10:45 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. to DL and is transferred to the hotel. - Sleeper bed: I am 48kg 1m62, my male friend is 52kg 1m65. We are quite thin but the bed is comfortable, a bit tight so you should consider booking a double bed if you want to sleep comfortably. The rest is all fine 💗

I have motion sickness but it is very comfortable, I can read books the whole trip. - Departed on time and I arrived at Chu Van An wharf at 7:30 p.m., not too late for me. 2. Disadvantages: - Only transfer to Da Lat bus station within a radius of 5km, I live a bit far so I have to go to the station myself. - At first I thought there was a transfer to Ma Lo, but the bus company apologized and informed me that it could only stop at Chu Van An. If I can return to Ma Lo, it will be very convenient for me. Because the car is so cute, everyone on the bus is so cute to meet, so my trip yesterday was very ok. I hope the bus company can maintain its form like this, don't let it go downhill.
