I have used other transfer companies service also but this one was the best one. Because they took me from the location A and left me on the location B which were shown on my tickets. ( the other company also promised me that they will take me from place A and will bring to place B but they didn't) The ride was comfortable and in good quality. I will choose then next place. The ride was amazing, they picked me up from point A and left me at point B. As it was indicated on the tickets. clean and comfortable. I have used the services of other companies but they always did not fulfill their promise that they will pick me up and take me to where you indicate.

The garage is very thoughtful. I'm in Phu Yen and take the 9pm flight, the bus company has bread and milk ready for passengers (+1 super big point). Call before pick up time (about half an hour). Staff are also very polite and attentive. A big plus is that the after-service is super good. When I arrived in the morning, in the afternoon someone from the bus company contacted me to ask about the experience and service to improve better. The place is also very clean and comfortable. However, because I get car sick, I'm quite sensitive to smells. I hope the bus company can arrange some hanging bags of ginger, lemongrass, or something to make the smell in the car more pleasant. This review has no seeding or advertising, so anyone who is considering experiencing this garage should try it, don't hesitate. A small note for tall people: if possible, you should choose the beds in front. Last day I went because I had no other choice so I slept in the last bed which is a bit short for my height. The driver from Quy Nhon to Nha Trang scheduled 17:30 is awesome! He’s so kind and professional. He wasn’t late he came at Pick-up point(is not the office, just pick-up there. Don’t be afraid the google address as I uploaded a picture is correct just wait your driver until the pick-up time. (Because I was afraid I got a wrong place and asked Vietnamese on the cafe to call the driver to confirm whether the location I was is correct or not. Even, twice… Hahahaaa)

We took a day time sleeper bus with HM Happycar from Hoi An to Phong Nha. I received a WhatsApp message from the organizer to ensure we found the bus ok before departing. The bus was extremely clean and in great condition. The little bed capsules were private and lay totally flat, or you could put them into a partially reclined position. I am 5'4" and could lay completely stretched out, my friend is 5'9" and could do the same with flexed feet. There was a USB port, lights and air vents. The driving felt very safe and there were two drivers who traded off which helped us feel safe as well. We stopped 3 times for toilet breaks. After getting dropped off and going about our day, we realized we forgot air buds on the bus. I messaged them via WhatsApp and they responded immediately that they would ask their cleaning staff. They found them and organised a nearby hostel for them to be dropped off at for us to pick up at our convenience. Very impressed overall, would book with them again.

The bus company has a shuttle bus within the city to pick up at home so I quite like it hehe, this time I booked a bed and the bus company upgraded it to the room without paying extra so I quite like it hehe

The driver and conductor are polite and funny. With a route to the countryside, having professional staff like this is a big plus, usually only on tourist routes. Regarding the car, having a USB C charging port is a plus, suitable for current charging cables. The car picks up/drops off at many points along the route, so it is convenient for customers. Next time going to Binh Dinh, I will definitely support this bus company. I wish the bus owner a prosperous business, buys more cars, runs more time slots and improves the route standards. If considering minus points, it is only the time to drop off passengers, the VXR team sets it differently from reality.
