The female staff at An Duong Vuong office is very polite and cute. The driver is normal. I think it's okay compared to what I read through reviews on gg map and on the app (maybe it's just luck). I don't know if the car was driving recklessly or shaking or not, maybe I fell asleep because I was carsick.

Quite ok, got on the bus on time, left on time, gave each person a cold towel and a bottle of mineral water.

The bus departed earlier than scheduled, so I didn't have time to board. A staff member then helped me resolve the issue.

There is quite good private transportation support. The VIP seats were comfortable but the bus was running a bit late, but luckily my flight was delayed so I didn't have to wait long for the bus. Next time I will definitely go again.

It's been more than 7 years since I last took Futa. The new Kim Long 34-seat fleet is better, not as stuffy as the Futa 34-seat bus in 2018. The bus runs smoothly, I slept all the way to my destination. No need to print a ticket. Just give the QR code to the attendant to scan and get on the bus. The bus runs on time. The transfer in HCM is quite convenient (luckily there is a transfer point right in front of my house in HCM). There is a slight minus point that the slippers for passengers to change into when getting off the bus are quite dirty, the bus company should clean it to look better.

The garage is new but very enthusiastic and thoughtful. I will continue to support. I have new options when traveling on the Eakar - SG route. I hope the garage will grow and become known to many customers and always improve service quality.

The garage service is very good, new cars, clean rooms and blankets, there are transfers at both ends of Gia Lai and Saigon, convenient for passengers to travel, staff attitude is very enthusiastic and cute. The driver and the bus conductor were lovely. I was stuck in traffic but they still tried to wait so I wouldn't miss the trip. They were very gentle and polite. The car was clean, airy, and the blankets smelled good. I was very satisfied with this trip.

I took the bus from Long Thanh to Can Tho, departing on time, smooth journey, polite staff, steady driver really made me feel secure and satisfied.
