We traveled from Ha Long to Hanoi by a comfortable bus, and the experience truly exceeded our expectations. The bus was very comfortable: soft seats, a clean interior, and a pleasant atmosphere throughout the journey. We also want to highlight the excellent service: we were picked up directly from our hotel and dropped off exactly at the address we requested.
