Because of an incident, my plane landed 1.5 hours late. But the driver still enthusiastically called and proactively waited for me to get to the airport and take me home safely. The ride was enjoyable. The driver was kind and drove safely. We left an hour later than scheduled. He first messaged to say he was going to be 30 minutes late. Then he was an additional 30 minutes late.

I waited at the pick-up point indicated in the email, but it was a different location. The operator went out of his way to pick me up on foot. I was really touched by this action and they remained very friendly afterwards. I think this is a very reliable bus operator.
