Yesterday was a weekend so it was very crowded, traffic jams made cars late, there was only the driver from Az, there was no assistant so everyone was tired, but I saw the driver still trying to make everyone feel comfortable. as happy as possible. I think the car company could have more assistant drivers in all vehicles to help reduce driver fatigue, find more assistant drivers who can speak English, or open tutoring classes to teach English communication for long-distance drivers. . Because I personally see many foreign tourists on trips to tourist areas like this, but they cannot communicate with the driver, so no matter how enthusiastic the driver and assistant are, it is not certain that they will understand or not. Friendly staff, I got in the car and forgot to charge it so I asked to borrow it, he let me borrow it until I got off. The car is fully equipped, with curtains, a bed with a massage mode, a charging outlet with a USB port, a tray for drinks and a TV for entertainment (but I couldn't find anything to watch, I hope the bus company upgrade soon). Full wifi, the bed has an adjustable overhead light, 3 light levels, customizable. Generally private, but not soundproof. It is recommended to bring headphones or earplugs if you want to be quiet. The ride at night is very quiet, I can just sleep and get there. Overall, I am satisfied with the service I was provided.
