It is very difficult for foreigners to understand the location of the bus terminal and where the buses come from. I arrived an hour before the bus departed, but after walking for over an hour they finally called me and found me. The service was normal, but anyway I slept better than in a hotel because I was so comfortable. It would be nice if the horns were less loud. But I enjoyed it so I give it full marks. The bus arrived on time, there was an even shuttle bus service to pick me up. It was clean inside, 2 pillows provided. The driving style was rather fast and we were tossed back and forth a lot - but I cannot compare with other night buses as it was my first one. Generally, I am satisfied.

This car looks ok, but why is it so low, I don't know. I guess I'm lucky to be able to ride a car where both the car and the driver are enthusiastic and friendly. It's okay if you don't sit in the right place and move down to the shuttle seats

This sleeper bus is much better than the others. A bit more expensive, but worth it. Plenty of space between passengers, a large, comfortable bed, two bottles of water at your seat, and air conditioning right at your seat that you can turn on and off. Friendly staff and a quiet driver. A power outlet to charge your phone and Wi-Fi (though the connection isn't always reliable).

Excellent bus and very safe driving. To make this a 5-star experience, I suggest the company implement a "no sound" policy for phones at night to respect those sleeping. It's a sleeper bus, so quiet is key! Also, please display the Wi-Fi password clearly inside the cabin for convenience.
