The sleeper bus to BMT was comfortable, more space than what I experienced before, bottle of water a blanket and a pillow included. AC was set to a good temperature. We left on time and arrived 30mins earlier than expected. Driver was great compared to other ones in Vietnam! Not too much honking, no loud music or other noises and driving felt safe so it was easy to sleep. I'm glad I booked through Vexere and had the bus gps location and plate number because I had to search around the bus station to find it which is a Da Lat bus station problem (not all buses are up on the information board), not the company.

I often ride Mai Linh. I like the politeness the most. Both driver and passenger speak softly. Good vehicle quality. 5 stars deserved. I have been riding Mai Linh for 2 years now and have no complaints.

Good feeling. 5 stars. However, the bus runs slower than the purchased ticket; should set a distance or time for passengers to clean up better instead of stopping when individual passengers request; the shuttle bus should serve faster and not keep passengers waiting.

Arrived 30 minutes late but the driver still waited (5 stars). At the rest stop, he forgot his phone, the driver didn't come back to get it but asked the next car to get it for him and delivered it to him (5 stars). The transfer in HCM is quite convenient (luckily there is a transfer point right in front of my house in HCM).
