The officer brought tickets and helped everything. They are so kindly, friendly. The bus driver and sub driver(?) can't say English, but the point is not the problem. They tried to help me always. When I arrived DaLat, I met taxi driver. So I asked anyone, can I use shuttle. They have shuttle service, that's why I just ignored taxi driver. I am very satisfied with this trip, good service, the car also called 30 minutes in advance to notify that the car was almost there. On time too. I see everyone's reviews are too bad, but it was my first time going and everything was okay and the guys were happy, but the car facilities are old, so they should be refurbished.

This is Nam Phat's first trip - and it's close to Tet. Polite bus staff - dedicated advice - cute - friendly and enthusiastic driver - shuttle bus picks up on time. The blankets are washed clean - very fragrant - A small suggestion is that the garage should vacuum the space where the drinks and food are kept, it would be better.
