It's a sleeper bus, so quiet is key! Also, please display the Wi-Fi password clearly inside the cabin for convenience. Quite ok, got on the bus on time, left on time, gave each person a cold towel and a bottle of mineral water.

The driver and the bus conductor were lovely. I was stuck in traffic but they still tried to wait so I wouldn't miss the trip. They were very gentle and polite. The car was clean, airy, and the blankets smelled good. I was very satisfied with this trip.

Good experience. The staff was cheerful, polite and friendly. The arrival time was 1 hour later than expected because the car had to stop many times to load and unload goods and pick up passengers. The staff were lovely. My husband and I went with our two young children. We were a little slow in arranging our time at the restaurant, but the staff were very understanding!
