To be honest, I was little bit scared after seeing mixed reviews here but it turned our pretty good. We went from Nha Trang to Hoi An, bus was there 20-30min earlier but staff informed us about it 30 minutes before it. The staff inside with the driver were really nice, they helped us with our bags and gave us free water and small snack. The cabin was clean with blanket and alright in space even for me (184 cm). Driving was okay without too much honking but dont expect any luxury sleep cause the road is bumpy and there are a lot of turns. There were quick 3-4 toilet stops and bus got in Hoi An around the promised time. I dont know if we got lucky and other people super unlucky or they expect something impossible but i would go again with them. 10/10

First of all, the bus runs very punctually, both the driver and the ticket sales staff are enthusiastic, etc. I see a lot of people saying that Thanh Lich's service is bad because it doesn't have drinking water and stops to load and deliver goods along the way. a lot, but personally, I think that with the price of 200k for an air-conditioned sleeper car, you shouldn't ask for more, and stopping along the way to load and deliver goods is a revenue problem for the bus company that I personally think I don't mind that, but people who suffer from seasickness will be extremely uncomfortable 😁. In the end, the last sentence is that I am very satisfied with Thanh Lich bus company - the service does not pamper people with seasickness. Where are you 😆

I booked and received e mail confirmation no issues. I was expecting an email or Whatsapp follow up but was surprised when I had an email from Xuan Pha bus saying they would not be able to contact me as I didn't have a Vietnamese phone number. They asked for me to send a photo of my wife and I, which I did, but I was a little concerned. The email also asked that we be at the pick up point 30 minutes before departure. We arrived 30 mins beforehand and before we could locate the bus the driver found us which worked really well. The bus and seating were clean and very comfortable and the driver was really good. I will have no issues booking with Xuan Pha again.

The bus ran relatively on time, with a shuttle service at the Phuong Trang company office as per the booked ticket, transferring passengers to the specific address in Da Lat. The bus was clean, although the sleeping berths were a bit small. The bus company was professional, and the price was 260k VND from Saigon to Da Lat. The travel time was exactly as scheduled. The driver was professional. The experience of booking through the Vexere app was also very good; when purchasing an additional ticket, a staff member on Zalo provided support within 10 minutes. It's definitely worth choosing Phuong Trang's service and booking through the Vexere app.

I left on August 26 but mistakenly booked the departure date as August 27. I contacted the bus company again to ask for support to change the date. The support staff quickly supported me and will go again if I have the chance.
