I travelled from ninh binh to danang on the overnight sleeper bus. It was our first experience taking these types of buses and we were nervous. Initially, there was a change in the pick up spot 2 hours before departure which was communicated by email. We got to the correct location at 9 and the bus wasn’t there. We reached out through email and received a prompt response which was very much appreciated. They let us know that the bus was 10-15 mins late. Once the bus arrived the driver came to us personally and helped and the customer service agent also confirmed over email. The bus was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bus driver was very kind and extra attentive knowing that we were tourists. We felt safe throughout the whole journey. The bus driver at the end of the ride guided us to the free shuttle that drops you off at the hotel. I would highly recommend.

The car arrived on time, the driver and staff were enthusiastic. The car was cool, no smell, the ride was comfortable, there was a toilet and a phone charger. Very ok

The bus company is friendly, enthusiastic, and leaves on time. Modern and clean facilities. However, we have to transfer twice so it takes a little more time.

Thoughtful, friendly, enthusiastic. - The car was comfortable, had massage, and had a charging outlet. - In the midst of the storm, I was still on time to check in at the airport, so I gave it 5 stars.

Bus quite nice, but didnt have pillow, didnt get assigned seats, and was more than 1 hour late, but that didbt matter because of good driving, nice staff, and quiet atmosphere to sleep! Overall happy as i was able to sleep well!
