The car is comfortable and runs smoothly. The driver and staff are also friendly and polite. There is a shuttle bus to Tuy Hoa city center, which is very convenient. The ticket price is reasonable. Nice bus, upon boarding they gave us water and a drink from swallow's nests. The cabin has a blanket and a small pillow. If possible, take a large pillow with you, as this one may not be very comfortable. For my height of 178 cm there is not enough space in length. I chose a departure from the office in the center of Nha Trang, where we were picked up by a minibus and taken to a large slipbus, which we already rode on. The departure was on time, we arrived at the place an hour earlier than the specified time

Sitting in the back of the last sleeper bus with a girl sleeping together was great 🤣, the bus conductor was enthusiastic with a rustic Phu Yen accent. The bus was ok and cheap.

Going on the 4th so it wasn't too crowded, it was ok so book a 24-seat limousine for more space.

The driver and the bus conductor are very nice. Yesterday, it was raining. I sat in the car waiting for Thanh Trung bus to arrive. The bus conductor called me and told me to stay in the car and brought me an umbrella. Such a thoughtful action. When I got on the bus, he was afraid I would be cold and brought me a cotton blanket. Every time I got off the bus, he booked a Grab and Be to take me to my destination. They were super enthusiastic. I have used many snow buses from Khanh Hoa to SG, but this bus has the best experience. I bought tickets for my parents to go, and they couldn't stop praising me. Thank you Thanh Trung bus company.
