The car ran extremely smoothly. The service staff was very friendly and enthusiastic in assisting passengers whenever needed. Although the bed position was a bit wrong when I booked through VXR, I still accepted the change.

Departure schedule is 9:30 a.m. but departure is also 9:35 a.m. - 9:40 a.m. At noon around 12:30, I landed at the Alo restaurant stop so I could rest and eat. Good service from Da Nang to Kon Tum. Water, blanket and pillow are provided. You can recharge your electronics with usb plugs. There were some occasional stops for gasing up/picking up people so you could arrive a bit later than described. (Note: we understand and spoke a bit vietnamese)

Nice clean bus. We arrived on time, were given a bottle of water, there is a toilet on the bus, massage does not work everywhere. We arrived 2 hours early! There were no stops. We are glad. Just don’t take the extreme places near the toilet, it smells a little there.
