The officer brought tickets and helped everything. They are so kindly, friendly. The bus driver and sub driver(?) can't say English, but the point is not the problem. They tried to help me always. When I arrived DaLat, I met taxi driver. So I asked anyone, can I use shuttle. They have shuttle service, that's why I just ignored taxi driver. I just showed hotel address, kindly shuttle driver dropped me off right place. I really appreciate everything. I hope to see you again.

This is my first time riding Kumho bus company. I feel 98% satisfied in many aspects, from price, facilities, service to time. Before booking the car, I read negative reviews left by customers. I wanted to see what it was really like so I tried it once. Maybe I'm lucky, I haven't encountered any bad things. However, the trip will be more complete if the driver is enthusiastic and responsible and does not talk too much on the phone or make noise during the first stretch of the road. I was picked up at my hotel 1.5 hrs earlier than planned but was asked early in the morning if I was able to make the trip earlier. It was pleasant to make it to my destination sooner than anticipated. The driver was very attentive and punctual. He didn’t speak much English but we understood each other great through google translator. The bus was quite comfortable, clean, had covered windows for easy rest, provided blankets and water. The driver had not problem in making small detours to drop off people at their destinations as we were all close to the drop off points. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I definitely recommend this company.

The bus departs on time, the driver is polite, helps arrange luggage, the bus staff works professionally, takes good care of customers, supports luggage from the bus to the customer. The minus point is that the engine is a little noisy, but other bus companies have louder engines. This is okay. The driver drives very carefully & safely.
