The officer brought tickets and helped everything. They are so kindly, friendly. The bus driver and sub driver(?) can't say English, but the point is not the problem. They tried to help me always. When I arrived DaLat, I met taxi driver. So I asked anyone, can I use shuttle. They have shuttle service, that's why I just ignored taxi driver. I just showed hotel address, kindly shuttle driver dropped me off right place. I really appreciate everything. I hope to see you again.

I have motion sickness but it is very comfortable, I can read books the whole trip. - Departed on time and I arrived at Chu Van An wharf at 7:30 p.m., not too late for me. 2. Disadvantages: - Only transfer to Da Lat bus station within a radius of 5km, I live a bit far so I have to go to the station myself. - At first I thought there was a transfer to Ma Lo, but the bus company apologized and informed me that it could only stop at Chu Van An. If I can return to Ma Lo, it will be very convenient for me. Because the car is so cute, everyone on the bus is so cute to meet, so my trip yesterday was very ok. This is my first time riding Kumho bus company. I feel 98% satisfied in many aspects, from price, facilities, service to time. Before booking the car, I read negative reviews left by customers. I wanted to see what it was really like so I tried it once. Maybe I'm lucky, I haven't encountered any bad things. However, the trip will be more complete if the driver is enthusiastic and responsible and does not talk too much on the phone or make noise during the first stretch of the road. I was picked up at my hotel 1.5 hrs earlier than planned but was asked early in the morning if I was able to make the trip earlier. It was pleasant to make it to my destination sooner than anticipated. The driver was very attentive and punctual. He didn’t speak much English but we understood each other great through google translator. The bus was quite comfortable, clean, had covered windows for easy rest, provided blankets and water. The driver had not problem in making small detours to drop off people at their destinations as we were all close to the drop off points. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I definitely recommend this company.

The bus station's waiting area does not have food for customers as advertised on Facebook, but the staff is very enthusiastic, covering customers with umbrellas when it rains and carrying luggage to the car for customers. The bus company provides customers with a hangover pill. Free parking when picking up tickets if needed. The bus departs 8-10 minutes later than the scheduled time but that's okay. The bus departs at 10:45 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. to DL and is transferred to the hotel. - Sleeper bed: I am 48kg 1m62, my male friend is 52kg 1m65. We are quite thin but the bed is comfortable, a bit tight so you should consider booking a double bed if you want to sleep comfortably. The rest is all fine 💗

Very stable car service! I found the driver and bus assistant to be polite, enthusiastic, and did not bully customers or throw their belongings. Before the departure date, someone will call to confirm and inform you of any information that needs attention. The car runs smoothly and on time as expected, delivering to the homestay door. The room for 2 people is a bit tight, 1 person will be more comfortable, very private. The car comes with bird's nest water + Aqua mineral water + unscented wet towels, very delicate. Will choose the car again when I return to DL.
