This is my first time riding Kumho bus company. I feel 98% satisfied in many aspects, from price, facilities, service to time. Before booking the car, I read negative reviews left by customers. I wanted to see what it was really like so I tried it once. Maybe I'm lucky, I haven't encountered any bad things. However, the trip will be more complete if the driver is enthusiastic and responsible and does not talk too much on the phone or make noise during the first stretch of the road. The minus point is that the engine is a little noisy, but other bus companies have louder engines. This is okay. The driver drives very carefully & safely. I arrived 60 minutes early, and waited. There was no early departure. Bus ride was fine. Not sure why but they don't use the fast, new, modern expressway that serves this route, instead they drive on small slow roads. If they used the expressway and didn't stop for so long at the rest atop I think the travel time could be reduced by 40% or more.
