We had a clean, comfortable toilet, modern leather seats, and blankets. The driver drove moderately, did not honk excessively at night and did not brake sharply. We slept well) at 4:30 we arrived at the station near Nha Trang. There everyone was asked to get out, given their things and put into a Sprinter, which went to the center of Nha Trang. Due to the fact that this nuance with the transfer was not agreed upon in advance, it naturally raised many questions from passengers. But the drivers don't speak English. They only show you with gestures where to go)) And they literally forcefully transfer you into the sprinter so that you don’t get lost)

The garage is very thoughtful. I'm in Phu Yen and take the 9pm flight, the bus company has bread and milk ready for passengers (+1 super big point). Call before pick up time (about half an hour). Staff are also very polite and attentive. A big plus is that the after-service is super good. When I arrived in the morning, in the afternoon someone from the bus company contacted me to ask about the experience and service to improve better. The place is also very clean and comfortable. However, because I get car sick, I'm quite sensitive to smells. I hope the bus company can arrange some hanging bags of ginger, lemongrass, or something to make the smell in the car more pleasant. This review has no seeding or advertising, so anyone who is considering experiencing this garage should try it, don't hesitate. A small note for tall people: if possible, you should choose the beds in front. Last day I went because I had no other choice so I slept in the last bed which is a bit short for my height. But it's still quite comfortable, I just think the front bed will be a little more comfortable.

Good company. 5 in 5. Cannot give 5+, because my seat changed few times (not one :)), and was some misunderstanding about the pick up point. But actually i even liked all this, because it's part of adventure and if you are in positive you can have some fun about all that as i did :) Bus was good, seat pretty comfortable, gently drived from nice Man. This is my first time riding Kumho bus company. I feel 98% satisfied in many aspects, from price, facilities, service to time. Before booking the car, I read negative reviews left by customers. I bought a double bed and it was just enough for 2 people. The garage staff must be said to be super enthusiastic and cute. Before the trip, I called the switchboard and the employee who assisted me spoke super gently and cheerfully. When we get on the shuttle bus and get on the big car, they always help us carry our suitcases. On the bus, there are free cakes and milk for passengers and also prepare motion sickness medicine, slippers, blankets, pillows and especially hug pillows. But we have to rate the garage 10 stars to be enough!!!
