79-05527 Thank you so much to the bus driver. I'm a Korean who doesn't know anything, but I kept asking on Google Maps "Are you sure you're going here?" and asking strange questions like "Can you take me to our hotel?" But the driver took care of everything. Originally, I arrived at 2:30 a.m., and I was informed at that time, but the driver told me to sleep more, waited at the gas station, and even picked me up at the hotel by limousine bus in the morning. I looked so stupid that I think the driver helped me. If the driver wasn't there, I'm still thinking about that story because it must have been dangerous.. Thank you so much.. Yes, the ride experience was great, 10 points for customer service, on time. Thank you and I will continue to book tickets next time.

Honestly, I'd read the previous reviews and we were a little worried. But it was the best bus trip we've ever taken. The bus left and arrived on time, the drivers were friendly, the ride was okay (although still bumpy, but that's Vietnam for you ^^), and the seats were comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised.

The staff were lovely, and the bus was lovely too 😂 It was new, clean, and had Pikachu decorations all over it. Each bed even had a long Pikachu plushie to hug 🤣 The pink pig-patterned blankets would be a hit with kids. This was the first time I'd seen a bus company provide toothbrushes. Two elderly people boarded the bus and the staff even escorted them to their seats to assist them; overall, it was very thoughtful.

The car is comfortable, convenient, has a type C charging port for iPhone, the air conditioner is very cool and the car is equipped with blankets and mineral water. The driver and the bus conductor are friendly and pleasant. The bus picks up a bit later than the time on the app, so if you are afraid of missing your flight, you should book an earlier trip to avoid delays. I recommend everyone to try this car once.

I saw this new bus company and decided to try it out. Initially, I didn't have high expectations because the discounted fare was so low. However, I had a great experience, especially with their customer service. The waiting area was clean and fragrant, and the restrooms were particularly spotless. There was even a lady cleaning the windows when I arrived. I will definitely support this bus company again on my next trip.

The shuttle bus picked you up on time, the driver was polite and attentive. The 34c car is clean and fully equipped. The driver drives carefully, the assistant arranges passengers' belongings and luggage thoughtfully and carefully. Will continue to support

I am very satisfied with the service policy of Phuong Anh bus company.

The car runs smoothly. My suggestion is that we should call the customer on the same day to inform them of the trip so they can feel secure. The customer service staff who book tickets via the bus company's phone number should talk politely to bring convenience. feel for customers

Cheap cars and friendly drivers

Comes with 1 bottle of Number 1 drink, 1 can of bird's nest drink, 2 wet towels. Quality 👌

First time taking the Binh Thuan-Ben Cat route and choosing the TT bus due to the suitable running time. Seeing a 1* review leaving customers at the wharf roundabout, not picking up customers... I was a bit hesitant but had no choice. The car has no navigation but runs on time, only a few minutes off. Drivers and car assistants are friendly and drop passengers off at the door. The car is clean and modern, but the air conditioner is missing, so the air is cold. 10 points for the quality. Will go again if given the chance.
